PUREFLOW MASTER CONTROLS 

Pureflow Ozone Div. of California Environmental Controls, Inc. is a registered UL508A panel shop.  Our electrical design and programming team implement standardized PLC-based controls. We also develop custom engineered controls to accommodate the unique requirements of any water treatment application. The Master Control panels integrate a variety of equipment as stand-alone process controllers that can be further integrated into larger plant-based SCADA or DCS systems; providing a sophisticated yet intuitive single-source solution that is designed to produce a highly efficient process capable of dynamically adjusting equipment commands to satisfy water treatment goals while prioritizing safety of the operators and of the process equipment.

LOCAL PRIMOZONE CONTROLLER

THE PRIMOZONE GENERATOR LOCAL CONTROLLER IS A SOPHISTICATED AND INTUITIVE CONTROL UNIT THAT ALLOWS FOR A HIGH LEVEL OF SAFETY, MONITORING AND CONTROL OF THE COMPLETE PRIMOZONE OZONE WATER TREATMENT SYSTEM.

The system controller can be integrated to external control systems allowing flexibility

With the Primozone system controller, you can monitor and control up to five (5) independent ozone generators as standard. Ozone output demand may fluctuate over the year or even the day, and with the Primozone system controller the ozone capacity will adjust proportionally. This automatic adjustment will save energy and lover running cost for the entire ozone system.
